Most job applicants realize that an interview requires some preparation. This means that each question should be related to something that an intelligent individual would actually want to know about the position and not something related to trivia about the company. Third, each question should be related to something that is not common knowledge. This means that you shouldn't be asking questions that are looking for information that you could have learned by researching the company before the interview. Fourth, in order to come up with some good job interview questions, you must make sure that each question is related to something other than money unless you have already received a job offer. This is because questions about a position's salary or the actions that you must take to be reimbursed for expenses will typically hurt your chances more than they will help them. Finally, it is important to remember that each question should be related to your employer's needs and not your own. This is important because each question should be about the goals and the objectives that your potential employer is attempting to accomplish through the position and not about the benefits or the size of the office that you will receive if you obtain the position.
